End User License Agreement
Aperture is a demonstration application built on the Functory platform. This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the service. By creating an account, you agree to the terms below.
1. Use of the service
You may use Aperture to browse equipment, talent, and studio listings, and to make demonstration bookings. The service is provided as-is for evaluation and demo purposes.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Bookings and cancellations
Bookings created in this application are demonstration reservations. Cancellation policies shown in the UI are illustrative and do not represent real contractual commitments.
4. Data
Data you enter (including profile information and booking details) is stored in the Functory platform for the purpose of running this demo. Do not enter real personally-identifying information or payment data.
5. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of this demo disclaim all liability arising from your use of the service.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
